Fairmount offers four types of in-ground burials. Single graves allowing either flat or upright monuments, two grave lots and cremation burial in our Birchgarden Section.
Locations of loved ones may be searched in two ways: by telephone or in person. If you are doing family research of pre-1940’s burials, it is best that you visit the cemetery, as our old records are cumbersome. We are entering all of our burial records into a data base, so record searches are becoming quicker.
We have a number of burials of note – beer barons, captains of industry, politicians, Medal of Honor recipients, entertainers and inventors. A quick review can be found in our History page, with further information available on www.findagrave.com.
