Birchhaven Mausoleum

This addition to Fairmount Cemetery, built in the 1990’s entirely of native granite, contains 1,000 crypts and 168 niches that are visited in a garden setting.

Birchhaven has available single and double crypts, as well as granite-fronted niches.  It is decorated with ten foot tall engraved granite scenes (see photo tour).

 

Fairmount Memorial Mausoleum

This four story mausoleum was developed as a public mausoleum in the 1920’s (see photo tour).  This building, completely constructed of native granite, contains 3,000 crypts, 600 niches and a chapel with a 2 1/2 story mosaic of The Ascension designed and crafted by Carlo Ciampaglia.

Fairmount Memorial has available single crypts and niches.
